This document will help familiarize you with the 'nuts and bolts' of how to navigate through taking the test.
TEST TAKING CONDITIONS:
Once you have chosen your test day, BE PREPARED!
Make sure you have a substantial block of time FREE FROM DISTRACTIONS.
Have your Sisterlocks Workbook handy for last-minute look-ups.
Read each question carefully to be sure you understand what you are being asked to do.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I HAVE?
The Online Refresher is open for the entire testing day (12AM - 12 Midnight, Pacific Time.)
Once you actually sign in to the course, allow at least 4 hours to complete it.
You MAY leave the course and sign back in if you like, but make sure not to exceed the 24hr limit.
